WHAT TO EXPECT?

Get a sense of what it's like to work with us.

You're not here to understand how solid visuals would help your business build trust, save time, and increase conversions.
You already know all of that.

You're here to learn how we can relieve that burden from your plate.
Here is how it works.

in STUDIO

All the equipment we own, with all the props we dispose of, between the walls we feel at home.

on LOCATION

With a large variety of places at our fingertips, we will scout, negotiate and book them for the shoot.

with MODELS

Not only the shoot, we take care of the casting and the paperwork as well.

THE
JOURNEY

DISCOVERY

Ideally in a call, we will ask many questions to understand your project and determine how we can help. You may want to know lots of info too and that's the perfect moment!

We
will then introduce ideas and budgets, and move forward with the option you choose.

AGREEMENT

We will send a Project Contract to review and sign online. So, technically isn't even paperwork.

CREATION

PRE-PRODUCTION

We will design concepts, create a mood board, scout locations, cast talents, source props, write a shot list.

PRODUCTION

We will light up the Studio or travel to a location and make the magic happen.

POST-PRODUCTION

We will retouch and enhance the content, pulling out its final shape.

PREVIEW

You will have the chance to submit revisions, whose scope will be outlined in the Project Contract.

DELIVERY

We will upload the high-res content and you will be able to download it after the checkout.
  • What about the pricing?
You will receive general pricing indications after a brief project description via form or in the very first call. For a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs, a call will be essential for us to grasp all the nuances.
  • What about the payment?
Most of the time, a 50% down payment is required upon signing the Project Contract to book the project and get it started. The balance is due upon project completion.
  • Which is the turnaround time?
It depends on the project's scope. It could be completed in a week like in two months, depending on the complexity and variables involved. Anyways, the timeline will be set in the Project Contract so that you are fully aware of it and can meet your business due date.
  • What is the Project Contract and how can I sign it?
It is the document we adopt as a legal framework to summarise the technical aspects of the project, the licensing, the services provided and the deliverables. You may want to keep a copy of it since it proves your rights to the content you will use.
  • Can I ask revisions if I don't like the content?
Our heart just broke. But really, the scope of the revision will be outlined in your specific Project Contract, but generally, it consists of two rounds as follow: - the first round could be to everything as long as it does not differ from the initial idea and agreements; - the second round could refer only to the changes made after the first one. Any revision beyond this scope will be charged extra.
  • Will you provide some creative direction if I need one?
Of course! During the pre-production phase, we will provide a mood board to explore the best match for your vision. Clearly, if you already have references and requirements don't hesitate to share. We will proceed further only once everything will be crystal clear.
